Privacy

The short version: no account, no login, and we never ask for your name, address, email, or phone number. The planner runs in your browser. Only the optional AI features send anything anywhere, and only the answers you typed.

The questionnaire runs on your device

When you fill out the planner and generate a report, all of it happens in your web browser. Your answers are used to build your plan on your own device. We don't require you to sign in, and by default your answers are not sent to or stored on any server — close the tab and they're gone.

The two optional AI features

Two parts of the planner are powered by AI, and both are optional:

• The "anything else we should know about your property" note in step 3.
• The "Add AI explanation" button on your report.

If — and only if — you use one of these, the answers you entered in the questionnaire, together with the relevant public municipal data, are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, through its API) to write your personalized text. We send only what you typed into the form. We do not ask for, and do not send, your name, street address, email, or any contact information, so this text isn't tied to your identity. If you leave the note blank and don't press the AI button, nothing is sent.

We keep a basic log of what people type into the free-text note (without any identifying information) so we can learn which local situations to research and cover next. That log is used only to improve the guides and the planner.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no passwords, no login.
• No advertising trackers, and we never sell or share your information.
• We may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts page visits in aggregate — it does not identify individual visitors or follow you around the web.

Where the site runs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request information (like IP addresses) to serve pages and protect against abuse. The AI features use Anthropic as described above. Those are the only third parties involved.
